Do we need to be technical to work with you?
No. We handle the technical work and explain every decision in plain terms. You bring the knowledge of how your organisation runs.
Will AI replace our employees?
Our work removes repetitive tasks, not people. The usual result is that teams spend more of their time on clients, quality and decisions.
Which tools and systems do you work with?
Most modern business software with an API, along with email, spreadsheets and databases. If something in your stack is unusual, we check it during discovery, before anything is promised.
How long does an engagement take?
The assessment is short and fixed in scope. Build timelines depend on what is involved and are set out in the blueprint before work begins.
Is our data safe?
Your data stays in your own accounts and the tools you approve. Access is limited to the people working on your engagement and removed at handover. We sign your NDA, or ours.
Who owns what you build?
You do, on payment. That covers code, workflows, prompts and documentation.
How is pricing structured?
Assessments are fixed in scope and price. Projects are priced per build, and partnerships per month. You always have the full figure in writing before work begins.
What happens after launch?
You can keep us on to monitor, refine and extend automation to more teams, or take it over fully with our documentation.
