What we store, and why.

The two forms on this site
When you request a consultation, we store what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, company size, the services you are interested in, your description of where time goes, the tools you use, your timeline, how you heard about us, whether you would like an NDA, and the page you sent it from. It lands in a table called project_inquiries in our database, hosted on Supabase.
When you apply to work with us, we store: name, email, country, time zone, skills, years of experience, portfolio and work links, availability, expected rate, tools, anything you add in the free‑text field, how you heard about us, and your consent. It lands in a table called freelancer_applications, same database.
Neither form sets tracking cookies. The site itself uses no analytics scripts and no third‑party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are fetched.
What we do with it
Consultation requests are used to reply to you, arrange a call, and, if we work together, plan and run the engagement. Applications are used to assess you and contact you about engagements. We do not sell or share either with anyone outside Cinnatto, except the people working on the engagement you asked for.
How long we keep it
- Consultation requests that do not become engagements: deleted after [12 months].
- Applications we do not take forward: deleted after [6 months].
- Clients and specialists we work with: for as long as we work together, then as above.
Client data and system access
Data and system access you give us for an engagement are covered by the engagement agreement and NDA, are used only in the accounts and tools you approve, are available only to the people working on it, and are removed when the engagement closes. We confirm this in writing.
